IT and Cyber security Support

Role

ผู้รับผิดชอบดูแลระบบ IT ภายในองค์กร และเป็น System Owner ของระบบดิจิทัลของ Enlighten

เน้นการใช้ Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, Ticket System, Website และ AI Tools เพื่อให้ทุกทีมทำงานได้เร็วขึ้น ลดงาน Manual และวางรากฐานด้าน Cyber Security รวมถึงเป็น Internal Product Support ให้กับ Stratus และโซลูชัน Cyber Security"

Key Responsibilities:

A) IT Operation & Support

1. ให้บริการ IT Helpdesk แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของพนักงาน

2. ติดตั้ง / ตั้งค่า / ดูแล laptop, network, printer, router

3. ดูแล Microsoft 365: Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, DesknetNeo, HumanOS

4. จัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (Account & Access Control) แลระบบความปลอดภัยพื้นฐานภายในบริษัท เช่น MFA, Password Policy

5. ดูแลทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน IT ทั้งหมดในบริษัท

B) Digital Administration (Internal Systems)

1. จัดโครงสร้างไฟล์บริษัทใน OneDrive / SharePoint ให้เป็นระบบและค้นหาง่าย

2. ตั้งค่า Team Site / Internal Knowledge Base

3. ทำหน้าที่ CRM System Admin (Desknet / Zoho / HubSpot) ในมุม user / permission / field / workflow

4. ติดตามการใช้งานระบบ Ticket และพัฒนา workflow ให้เหมาะกับการทำงาน

5. ช่วยทำ Dashboard สำหรับผู้บริหาร (Power BI / AI Tools)

C. Website + Content Admin (10–20%)

1. อัปเดตเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ WordPress / Webflow โดยเนื้อหามาจากทีม marketing

2. อัปโหลดข่าว / บทความ / เคสลูกค้า และทำ SEO Technical ขั้นพื้นฐาน (Speed, Index, Metadata)

D. AI & Automation Workflow (20–30%)

1. สร้าง Automation ระหว่าง CRM, Email, Ticket, SharePoint, HumanOS, etc. ด้วย Power Automate / Zapier/Other AI Tools.

2. ใช้ ChatGPT / Copilot เพื่อช่วยเขียน Email, Meeting Summary, เอกสารภายใน เพื่อช่วยให้ทีมทำงานเร็วขึ้น

3. ตั้ง AI Template ที่ใช้ซ้ำ และดูแล AI Policy ภายใน (Role-based access, Prompt Guideline)

E. Vendor & System Coordination (Non-sales)

1. ประสานงานร้าน IT, Outsource Network, Web agency

2. ตรวจสอบราคา และทำใบเสนอซื้อเฉพาะอุปกรณ์/บริการด้าน IT ภายใน

3. ดูแลข้อมูล Warranty, License, และ Renewal ของระบบต่าง ๆ

F) Internal Product Support (Stratus & Cyber Security)

1. ศึกษา Product Overview ของ Stratus และโซลูชัน Cyber Security และทำสรุปให้ทีมภายใน

2. รวบรวม Spec, Site Preparation, VM Requirement ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. เก็บข้อมูล Warranty และ License ของลูกค้าที่ใช้โซลูชันเหล่านี้

4. ประสาน Vendor ด้านเทคนิคในเชิงเอกสารและข้อมูลระบบ (ไม่ใช่งานขาย)

5. ช่วยทีม Presales เตรียมข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคพื้นฐาน เช่น Checklist หรือ Standard Form

Qualifications:

• ปวส, ปริญญาตรี สาขา IT / IS / Computer Science / Digital / MIS , 25-30 ปี
• ขั้นต่ำ 3 ปีประสบการณ์ในงาน IT Support หรือ Digital/ System Admin
• เข้าใจระบบ Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint
• ใช้งาน CRM ได้ และเข้าใจ workflow ธุรกิจเบื้องต้น
• เรียนรู้เร็ว ทำงานเป็นระบบ และละเอียด
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและบริการที่ดี (Service Mind)
• เคยทำ Automation เช่น Power Automate, Copilot, Zapier, Make จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ WordPress / Webflow จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้พื้นฐาน Networking จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ใช้งาน AI Tools ได้ดี เช่น ChatGPT, Copilot จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เข้าใจ Dashboard หรือ Power BI จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เคยทำ Project Coordinator / Admin มาก่อน จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
