Position: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis to enable informed corporate decision-making and sustainable business growth. In this role, you will provide financial insights and support strategic evaluations in collaboration with management and the business development team. You will analyze company performance, economic and industry trends, assist in forecasting future financial results, identify potential risks, and support key financial activities such as income and expense tracking, capital expenditure planning, investment analysis, and the preparation of financial reports and insights from financial statements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements, budgets, operational data, and financial dashboards to assess performance, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts by working closely with management and department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Business & Investment Evaluation: Analyze new projects, tenders, and capital investments using cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key financial KPIs, identify variances against plans, and recommend corrective actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Develop and prepare financial models, management reports, and presentations to inform strategic planning and support executive decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with sales, engineering, and operations teams to understand cost structures, pricing strategies, and revenue drivers.

Your Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related roles.
  • Financial Skills: Strong financial modeling, analysis, and strategic thinking skills, with a basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis functions).
  • Data & Analytics Tools: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or related tools.
  • Analytical Ability: Able to analyze financial data and support informed business decision-making.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
