Hiring: Customer Support Consultant

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first line of support for our customers using company's software (WMS, RF, DB, Datahub).
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and system errors related to functionalities and configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and our team in China to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs) for customer reference.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to minimize customer disruptions.
  • Generate detailed maintenance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (any major) with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and respect.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (read, write, speak) is a must.
  • Experience of working with a ticketing system is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software (WMS, RF, data exchange platform) is a plus.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Working knowledge of Java programming concepts and frameworks.
  • Understanding of web development technologies like JSP, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Zookeeper, MongoDB, and Nginx is a plus.
