Hiring: Customer Support Consultant

What You'll Do:
- Be the first line of support for our customers using company's software (WMS, RF, DB, Datahub).
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and system errors related to functionalities and configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and our team in China to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs) for customer reference.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to minimize customer disruptions.
- Generate detailed maintenance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree (any major) with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and respect.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (read, write, speak) is a must.
- Experience of working with a ticketing system is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain software (WMS, RF, data exchange platform) is a plus.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Working knowledge of Java programming concepts and frameworks.
- Understanding of web development technologies like JSP, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Redis, Zookeeper, MongoDB, and Nginx is a plus.
