About the Role

Centara Grand at CentralWorld, one of Bangkok's leading five-star hotels, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie from Syria or Lebanon to oversee our Middle Eastern kitchen, specializing in authentic Levantine cuisine.

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of traditional dishes, regional spices, and modern presentation to deliver a truly refined dining experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of mezze preparation, charcoal grilling, Arabic breads, and dessert craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural kitchen.
  • Passion for sharing authentic Middle Eastern cuisine with an international audience.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Ability to speak Syrian or Lebanese Arabic, with proven expertise in Levantine cuisine.
