Job Description:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to Bacha Coffee's luxury standards.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Support kitchen operations and collaborate with the team.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation (for senior roles).

2. Pastry Kitchen Team

Positions: Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Commis

Job Description:

  • Create exquisite desserts, pastries, and plated sweets.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new pastry concepts (for senior roles).

3. Bakery Kitchen Team

Positions: Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis

Job Description:

  • Produce freshly baked breads, and specialty baked goods.
