Job Requirement;

  • Support campus recruitment strategies targeting top universities.
  • Support hiring activities for internships and entry-level roles.
  • Attend and host career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with university career offices, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Promote employer branding on campuses through presentations, sponsorships, and student engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for academic collaborations (e.g., research partnerships, curriculum input).
  • Leverage, create and distribute engaging content on digital platforms and social media to engage and attract young talent and build Infineon's Employer Brand across Thailand.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive practices.
  • Manage adjustments of offline assets (booth, print, out of home, merchandise, etc. for site needs in compliance with employer branding guidelines and regional consultation and approval to ensure brand consistency across all talent marketing touchpoints.
  • Support the global Talent Marketing channels – from career website to social media platforms – with dedicated content from Thailand.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Employer Branding trends and best practices to remain competitive in the job market.

Qualification:

  • University degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, Human Resources or equivalent field
  • 1-3 years of experience in employer branding, communications, marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related field
  • Proactive personality, willing to contribute innovative ideas
  • Creative thinker with a structured mindset
  • International and multicultural mindset
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of talent market and recruitment trends in Thailand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
