About the role

As a HRBP (Recruitment Specialist) at Thai Glass Industries Public Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent to support the growth and success of the organisation. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within the company
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the best recruitment approaches
  4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, and social media
  5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills tests, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates
  6. Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process to help them integrate seamlessly into the organisation
  7. Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employer branding
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with hiring managers and candidates
  4. Proficient in using HR and recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing platforms
  5. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  6. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for talent acquisition
