Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel marketing initiatives, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
  • Handle internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination with teams and partners.
  • Drive integrated brand and digital marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
  • Work closely with KOLs, creators, and media partners to enhance engagement and brand recognition.
  • Develop innovative campaign concepts, pitch ideas, and oversee end-to-end execution including performance review.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify insights, industry trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets and generate insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital communication with hands-on execution responsibilities.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, food & beverage, or marketing agency environments is a strong advantage.
  • Solid track record in campaign planning, influencer partnerships, and paid media management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital tools, social media ads, and performance dashboards.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and English language skills (TOEIC / IELTS is a plus)
