Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-funnel marketing initiatives, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
- Handle internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination with teams and partners.
- Drive integrated brand and digital marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
- Work closely with KOLs, creators, and media partners to enhance engagement and brand recognition.
- Develop innovative campaign concepts, pitch ideas, and oversee end-to-end execution including performance review.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify insights, industry trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and generate insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital communication with hands-on execution responsibilities.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, food & beverage, or marketing agency environments is a strong advantage.
- Solid track record in campaign planning, influencer partnerships, and paid media management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital tools, social media ads, and performance dashboards.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and English language skills (TOEIC / IELTS is a plus)
