We are looking for a passionate and strategic Social Copy Writer to lead content creation and copywriting initiatives across social media platforms for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, with a strong grasp of crafting compelling content and ideas that sell — especially in pitching scenarios.

• Create engaging and on-brand content for social media channels for existing clients
• Develop impactful copy and creative ideas for new business pitches and campaigns
• Supervise and guide the Social Content team to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness
• Review and provide feedback on team content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing goals
• Manage and schedule the team's content calendar, ensuring workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, and Account Management
• Solve problems and provide creative solutions when content or team issues arise
• Take ownership of content-related tasks as assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting and content creation
• Previous experience working in an advertising or digital agency is required
• Proven ability to pitch creative ideas and win new business through compelling storytelling
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content best practices
• Excellent command of English and Thai writing (if required by the client base)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing or mentoring a team
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
