Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing on material, consumable, equipment, office and factory supplies based on price and quality.
  • Follow up sample request on time (First Article).
  • Choose and evaluate vendor including register into approved vendor list (AVL).
  • Create purchase order (PO) in SAP to bring the correct information and material planning.
  • Coordinate with concerned section for all relevant.
  • Coordinate and solve problems with all concerns.
  • Monitoring finished goods and material inventory control to maintain stock properly and efficiency (DOH-Day on Hand).
  • Coordinate on goods import and related department /person efficiency.
  • Up to date ISO documents and KPI by monthly.
  • Perform duties as assigned in the FSC product sales system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement
  • Good command in English
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with service mindset
