About the role

We're seeking an experienced PM/PMO professional to join our dynamic team at Vanness Plus Consulting Co., Ltd. near BTS Prompong. As a contract full-time PM/PMO (Banking) specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the banking and financial services industry.

What you'll be doing

• Daily MIS tracking  including but not limited to attrition, annual fee etc. Work involves and manual consolidated of data via various sources, as well as daily report generation and discuss with internal team in case there is the discrepancy
• Daily data validation of various campaign against source system
• Prepare data for daily communication & fulfillment and ensure all data correct and execute on time.
• Prepare Artwork for campaign for Electronic mail,  SMS, or any means of communication to customer. Work with other stakeholders internal & outside vendor to execute the delivery.
• Consolidate report on any product feature changes and ensure report can be sent successfully.
• Manage stock inventories and expense budget/spent on attrition/annual fee related
• Investigate cases and respond to customer inquiry
• Perform PR/PO related activities
• Perform adhoc tasks required by Business

What we're looking for

• Thai nationality, related working experiences more than 3-5 years are preferred.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet, artwork), esp Microsoft Excel (pivot, vlookup, sum, basic function), Microsoft Word.
• Baking Inds or relate.
• Data Management skills
• Strong English skill, can read, listen, and write.
• Good attitude, very high accountability & responsibilities, good in communications, detail-oriented, open-minded and enthusiasm in learning new things.
• Able to work with data and can coordinate with other team to get raw data and other support.
• Strong team player while able to work independently.
