• Provide day-to-day support for MES applications (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Camstar).
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of MES services.
• Participate in MES system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Document technical procedures, user guides, and support materials.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and manufacturing regulations.
• Support MES rollout and integration projects across production lines.
