Job Purpose

Monitor market situations and propose campaigns, new development, and marketing activities to drive sales to achieve company targets and objectives.

  • Propose new marketing campaigns based on data, customer feedbacks, competitive environment, and market movement
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns using a data-driven approach, combining marketing insight with analytical skills to increase business performance.
  • Handle data from various sources using Big Data tools such as SQL and Big Query, to create effective data visualizations using Looker Studio.
  • Design and build dashboards using data analytics skills and tools to enhance decision-making.
  • Analyze internal company data along with feedback from the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Review collected market data and competitors' campaigns from social media, websites, and events to benchmark our products and services competitiveness

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, finance and banking, economic or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in marketing, leasing or any related fields
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and have good adaptability to rapid changing in business
  • Ability to work and negotiate with people of higher power or authority
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, SQL and Big Query, Looker Studio
