Accounting Officer – Project Budget Control

What you'll do:

1. Costing

  • Review and verify cost figures for sales projects or various project costs, and classify project costs according to the Chart of Accounts (COA).
  • Prepare feasibility studies and financial analysis reports.
  • Prepare standard product costs (Standard Cost of Product).
  • Prepare cost reports: monthly and annual cost reports.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports to support decision-making.

2. Commission

  • Prepare and calculate commission data.
  • Prepare approval memos for commission payments.
  • Prepare commission payment reports and pending items reports.

3. Budget Control

  • Monitor and report annual budget spending.
  • Allocate, replenish, and control daily, monthly, and yearly budgets.
  • Prepare CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization reports.
  • Track and report project performance: monitor and report project cost performance to management.
  • Collaborate in developing cost management systems to enhance efficiency and modernization.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in budget control or project management.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and project planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTable, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to work under pressure.
