What you will do :

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.
  • Handle equipment installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance machine performance and efficiency.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide professional technical support at all levels.
  • Prepare accurate service and installation reports, highlighting technical findings and recurring issues.
  • Comply strictly with all safety procedures and company standards.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer in machinery or industrial equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage for working with Chinese-speaking customers.
