Creative Designer & Video Editor

Responsibilities

  • Create attention-grabbing, conversion-focused video ads that drive user engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand campaign goals, bring ideas to life, and optimise video content for lead generation
  • Take charge of the end-to-end ad production process, from planning shoots to filming and post-production editing.
  • Edit video content for paid media campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Optimise videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, formats) and ensure they meet platform-specific best practices and requirements
  • Work closely with the marketing team to test and iterate on video creatives based on performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Adapt existing content and repackage it for different audiences, targeting approaches, and ad placements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the latest paid media advertising techniques, ensuring our video ads are innovative and competitive
  • Implement motion graphics, effects, text overlays, and sound design as necessary to enhance video performance
  • Design motion graphics, static image ads, and other marketing creatives that support campaign goals and enhance messaging (content will be provided).
  • Translate provided copy into visually compelling and easily digestible sales decks (when required).
  • Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Good command of English
  • Proven experience in video editing, specifically for digital ads and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset for improving performance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a focus on driving measurable results through video content.
