Responsibilities

• Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies, covering both online (digital marketing) and offline (traditional marketing) channels, to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage and develop the brand image to ensure consistency across all communication channels, both online and offline.
• Plan and create content for social media, websites, and offline materials such as brochures and other promotional media (Content Planning & Creation).
• Oversee, manage, and provide guidance on media and graphic design, including the advertising production process (Media & Graphic Supervision).
• Plan, coordinate, and manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and business partners to strengthen brand image and expand the customer base.
• Plan and manage offline marketing campaigns, such as promotional activities, in-store promotions, workshops, and coordination with advertising media.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of both online and offline marketing campaigns, and propose improvements and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties, and perform other duties as assigned.

· Bachelor's degree in  Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

· Highly creative with a strong understanding of design and marketing trends.

· Solid understanding of branding principles, with the ability to design or supervise creative work in accordance with brand guidelines.

· Strong skills in visual composition and a solid foundation in design principles.

· Experience in content planning and marketing campaign development across both online and offline channels.

· Ability to analyze marketing performance, such as campaign results, and use data-driven insights to adjust and optimize strategies.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate work with graphic, content, and marketing teams.

· Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven.

· A portfolio or proven experience in marketing projects and campaigns is required.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams, management, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Age not over 45 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Able to communicate in Chinese or English
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
• Proactive, responsible, and creative
