Accounting and Finance Officer

Key responsibilities

  • Report to Accounting Manager
  • Keep track of all received invoices from vendors.
  • Ensure that all payments are properly approved prior processing the payments
  • Monthly Expenses are closely monitored and accrued
  • Cash Advances are closely followed up
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation for deposit and withdrawal transactions
  • Ensure that all expenses are correctly recorded
  • Submit online Tax Form: VAT, withholding tax
  • Prepare Payment Voucher
  • Prepare monthly report for withholding tax and accrued charges
  • Regularly Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Generate and Issue Invoices in a timely manner (Tuition Fee, Facility Rental, School Meal, School Bus, School Trip, and others)
  • Follow established procedures in generating receipts for all received payments
  • Follow up overdue invoices with parents
  • Initiating follow up process regarding outstanding payments
  • Sale, monitor, and control school uniforms
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • Knowledge of Accounting System with Work Experience of 1-3 Years.
  • Good knowledge in finance and accounting transactions and procedures
  • Good knowledge in VAT/ withholding Tax
  • Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken)
  • Good organization and prioritization skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • New graduates are welcome
