Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for the Head of People, Thailand. The Head of People will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including talent management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, managing employee lifecycle processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee strategic and operational HR functions
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures
  • Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relevant degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Regional or multinational HR experience is a plus
