  • Responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary for both domestic and international projects.
  • Select and evaluate suppliers both locally and internationally, negotiating terms and prices to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Coordinate and communicate with domestic and international suppliers, managing trade documents such as purchase orders, shipping documents, and freight cost calculations, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to ensure purchasing activities align with project plans and timelines.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate purchasing performance to develop and improve procurement processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee the procurement and import/export operations of all goods and services within the organization.
  • Ensure the import/export processes comply with laws and customs regulations, including communication with external agencies such as customs authorities and logistics service providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement or import/export operations.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP systems, or relevant software.
  • Experience in procurement or import/export within engineering, energy production, or construction industries will be an advantage.

Location:

The company is located along the Ekamai-Ramintra Expressway, with access from Yothinphattana 3 Alley, Pho Kaew Alley, Navamin 111, or Lat Phrao 101. Near Phothalai Bangkok, Crystal Design Center, and Central Eastville.
