About the role
Join Eezee Commerce (Thailand) Co., Ltd.' as a Purchasing professional in our Bangkok office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services to support the company's manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring we have the right materials and supplies to meet our production and distribution needs.
What you'll be doing
- Source and issue quotations for key accounts, small-medium enterprises, and large enterprises across all customer engagement modes
- Collaborate with the category management team to identify and secure tenders, including the submission process
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms for materials, components, and services
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying requirements to processing orders, managing delivery, and handling any quality or delivery issues
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and continuously evaluate their performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement and monitor purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with inventory management and production teams to forecast demand and optimise stock levels
- Prepare and analyse purchasing reports to support strategic decision-making
What we're looking for
- Proven buyer experience, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
