We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Analytics Data Warehouse Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions for retail data. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Analytics, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Oracle Data Integrator, and strong data engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Warehouse & Analytics:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Retail Analytics Data Warehouse solutions.
  • Build and optimize dimensional models (fact and dimension tables).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
  • ETL / Data Integration:
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Integrate data from retail systems such as POS, merchandising, and supply chain.
  • Implement data quality checks and optimize ETL performance.
  • Reporting & BI:
  • Develop dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
  • Create operational and management reports using BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
  • Data Engineering:
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL for transformation and performance tuning.
  • Handle large-scale datasets efficiently.
  • Apply best practices in data modeling and query optimization.
  • Operations & Support:
  • Monitor data loads and reports.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Oracle Retail Analytics
  • OBIEE
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL
  • Data Engineering skills
