Product Director

Job Description
Objectives/Longterm Goals:

  • Define and implement a clear and strategic product vision that aligns with BOL's vision: "to empower businesseto capture unique opportunities and manage risk through innovative technologies and insight".
  • Create new product and service innovations that drive commercial growth by leveraging BOL's local and international data sources, analytical tools, capabilities and client relationships.
  • Ensure product lines are developed and managed professionally, with a focus on persistent innovation, customercentricity and quality excellence.
  • Continuously improve the company's existing products through long-term and robust relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing product team, nurturing a culture of creative thinking and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a Master's Degree in Product Management, Product Development, Innovation Management and/or related fields
  • A passion for data analytics, information services, innovation, platform development and product team development
  • Professional self-starter with a strong drive for growth and willingness to embrace challenges
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Strong sense of innovation and able to act fast
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English and Thai
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Will receive special consideration if: Holds a business or management degrees, proficient in Figma and/ or projec management tools such as JIRA or ONCE
