About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support brand growth in Southeast Asia. This role will lead local digital marketing, social media operations, influencer collaboration, and brand-building initiatives. You will work closely with the China headquarters team to localize marketing strategies and drive user growth in the local market.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead local brand communication and manage social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  2. Plan and execute KOL/Influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility and content performance.
  3. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including media buying, user acquisition, and brand awareness campaigns.
  4. Participate in annual brand strategy planning and contribute to improving brand recognition in Southeast Asia.
  5. Maintain close alignment with the China headquarters to ensure localized content, marketing materials, and campaign execution.
  6. Analyze local consumer behavior and market trends to support product and commercial strategy.
  7. Monitor competitors and produce regular marketing insight reports.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required for cross-border collaboration.
  2. 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or digital marketing; experience from Shopee, TikTok, or leading consumer brands is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian social media ecosystem; having local KOL/Influencer resources is a plus.
  4. Experience in consumer products, small home appliances, lifestyle, or home-related categories is an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with China-based teams.
  6. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize marketing performance using data.
