Quality Control Supervisor – Food Supplements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise QC technicians and ensure all quality inspections and tests are performed accurately and on time.

  • Oversee daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.

  • Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.

  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.

  • Investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of laboratory and QC testing equipment.

  • Review and maintain QC records, inspection logs, and product release documentation.

  • Participate in internal and external audits, including customer, third-party, and regulatory inspections.

  • Monitor and report quality performance, proposing improvement plans where necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.

  • Fluent communication and writing skills in Thai and English (Spanish or French is an advantage).

  • Strong understanding of quality standards and control methods, including GHPs, HACCP, and ISO 22000.

  • Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work under pressure.

  • Skills in planning, priority setting, problem solving, and monitoring.
