JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Oversee the collection of relevant inputs/ data obtained from line managers for organization design, manpower strategy, job evaluation and other HR-related initiatives to assist function heads in organization development, manpower planning and job evaluation process, which support the HR management and effectiveness of functional business operation

·  Partner with function heads and line managers to develop a talent development strategy and build up the succession plan for the commercial functions.

·  Measure organizational health, be a catalyst to lead change, and provide recommendations to the LM or functional leaders. Point out the critical issues to LMs in order to make change.

·  Analyze and diagnose the engagement agenda of each team, partnering with LMs to drive engagement strategy and activities to tackle any issues that impede delivering business results.

·  Provide performance management guidance to line managers such as coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

·  Manage Career Development Program, Internship Program, Onboarding, Off-boarding, etc.

·  Initiating and organizing engagement activity, calendar of activity, events to increase levels of employee engagement

·  Designing training plans and organizing through variance learning channels such as e-learning & internal training, knowledge sharing, etc.

·  Collaborating and working proactively with all departments to monitor, provide insights, solve issues, and implement improvements on talent & career development programs and related work areas

·  Assist with all domestic and external HR-related queries or as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Direct experience in delivering offline and online training and workshop sessions
  • Fluency in both Thai and English
  • Strong network with trainers and facilitators in the HRD field
  • The right mindset to navigate uncertainties and to work as a team, and the ability to make nice presentation slides
  • Excellent communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work

A social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality is a must
