POSITION OVERVIEW

eastconsult, we are looking for an accounting & financial officer who is an accounting professional and responsible for the management and reporting of the financial data of an organization. The main duties include preparing financial statements, examining & analyzing a company's accounts, ensuring compliance with financial reporting, and complying with standards of accounting as well as supporting administrative documentation tasks. The officer typically uses accounting knowledge of financial practices to perform important accounting tasks. The daily job is to check over financial statements, monitor company budgets, calculate employee paychecks for each pay period, and review and prepare tax obligations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all accounting transactions for overall accounting tasks

(AP, AR, PV, RV, IV, Tax-IV, Billing Note, PO, Receipt)

  • Coordinate with the accounting and audit firms (GL control, check financial statements, etc.)
  • Responsible for taxation (PND, PP, KT, Duty Stamp)
  • Manage deposits and withdrawals between clients
  • Prepare the database for the income tax report (PND 50,51)
  • Dealing with corporate banks (managing and checking the balance of bank accounts, drawing checks, contacting banks)
  • Assist the manager in reporting financial statements to the headquarters in the EU and managing the budget
  • Comply with the Department of Revenue's policies and regulations
  • Other duties assigned by the Accountant & Financial Manager and General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, marketing, Public Relations, or business administration
  • Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 21-35 years old
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and online platforms
  • Ability to perform tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Friendly demeanor towards colleagues and a positive attitude towards work
  • Highly responsible and well-organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Good Thai & English skills (reading, speaking, and writing)
