Responsibilities

Supply Chain Implant and Analytics

·       Supervise implant supply chain process, build strong relationship with modern trade customers to ensure smooth operations and coordination.

·       Develop analytical reports by utilizing available POS and Inventory data from customers. Proactively use information to improve critical KPIs (e.g. Service Level Performance, and On Shelf Availability), and enable business opportunities to grow sales.

·       Seek for opportunities to enable efficient end-to-end supply chain operations.

·       Coordinate with Trade Sales to ensure order processing execution synchronize with off-take and trade inventory plan.

·       Monitor Inventory level to ensure availability as daily basis

·       Provide weekly/monthly Implant report and feedback missing order delivery, Service Level etc.

Leading Supply Chain Monthly Meeting with Key Account (BIG C)

Responsibilities

·       Bachelor or Master Degree in Business / Management / Supply Chain or related discipline

· years of experience in Order processing and Implant Data

·       Experience with order processing; especially Implant with LOTUS's, BIG C or other modern trade

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels with the company through various formats.

·       Core competencies of communication, leadership, ability to drive change and problem analysis

·       Understanding of Reckitt sales, marketing, manufacturing, planning, distribution, demand creation, financial process and systems.

·       Understanding of organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles and management processes to achieve results in a changing business environment.

·       Clear, concise oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within an organization.
