  • Prepare and analyze financial data, operating results, and forecasts to communicate with investors and shareholders.
  • Gather and present financial information, business plans, and performance updates to management and investors.
  • Prepare official documents and disclosures for the Stock Exchange and regulatory authorities in compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Financial Planning departments to prepare information for shareholders' and analysts' meetings.
  • Develop and deliver financial presentations such as Analyst Meetings, Roadshows, and Company Updates.
  • Monitor economic conditions, capital markets, and competitors to assess business outlook and provide insights to support management's decision-making.
  • Support the Sales or Business Development team by preparing performance materials and key value propositions for investors or business partners.
  • Participate in investor engagement activities, roadshows, or external events to promote the company's strengths and investment profile.
  • Collect feedback and insights from investors to improve communication strategies and support sales-related decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or other related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance, financial metrics, and investor communication principles; familiarity with debenture/investment products is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments, including Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning, and senior management.
- Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to respond to investors and stakeholders in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Experience in sales, business development, or presenting to investors/clients is a plus.
- Ability to monitor and analyze capital markets, economic conditions, and competitor information.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
