Assembly Operation Manager (AS-OM)

Subordinate: Production Manager, Process Improvement Manager, Planning

Report to: GM


• Oversee the overall operations of the Assembly Operations Department, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure on-time, high-quality order delivery, and focus on improving customer satisfaction.


• Manage the regarding department's planning, process engineering, and assembly production workshops to ensure close collaboration between departments and responsible for manufacturing profitability.


• Fully control and coordinate personnel management and production activities within the operations department.


• Respond promptly to production issues, track issues in a timely manner, and provide actionable recommendations.


• Continuously improve production efficiency and product quality, optimize manufacturing costs, and enhance operational efficiency.


• Responsible for talent development, performance improvement, multi-skills training, and organizational building within the operations team.


• Drive lean improvement initiatives and manage project delivery within operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree industrial engineering or a relate
  • Minimum3- 5 years as an operation manager in an assembly business unit .
  • Management and Leadeship skill
  • Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with factory quality management systems like ISO9001 and IATF
  • Be skilled at QC 7 tools, 8D, why-why analysis, and quality tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA).
  • Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing skills preferred.
  • Root cause analysis tools, 7QC tools, quality systems ISO9001/ISO13485/IAFT16949
  • Solid communication skills in English speaking, writing, and listening.
