Conveyor Control (CCR) Engineer

Work Location: Manufacturing Plant in Chon Buri (WHA Eastern Seaboard2)

Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for project feasibility study, scope of work creation, construction, installation, system commissioning and troubleshooting, evaluating future technologies including project management and control to achieve project master schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conveyor process, To planning new model process, Line balance, Man power calculation
  • Review electrical control system (PLC, wiring, communication modules, inverters, etc.)
  • Establish and improve Conveyor control system, AVI, ANDON and related to meet technical standards & specifications.
  • Handle cost saving (material, cycle time, work ability).
  • Project timing, budgeting (forecast, setup, monitoring and control
  • Responsible for tracking and close issue MBIR and QBIR or improvement equipment current production,
  • Lead Equipment upgrades with a focus on serviceability and Process capability
  • Take a lead to manage problem solving, monitoring and maintenance the system for support the production process to meet the company target.
  • Responsible for following up PR PO payment to meet target date.
  • Handle cost saving (material, cycle time, work ability).
  • Perform task as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical ,Control ,Electronic and other related
  • More than 3 years of experience managing in related function or Automotive working
  • Knowledge of Automotive process, machine and equipment, checking fixture, robot and control system would be advantage
  • Experience in project management, control and expeditor in engineering field, Automotive assembly process or related
  • IATF/ISO requirement would be advantage
  • Other Special Talent PLC AB , Microsoft SQL,  AutoCAD ,  Pneumatic , Automation system
  • Good communication in English, both verbal and written
