We help brands optimize and operate their store on all key platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Key responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality content creators on TikTok and other platform.
  • Nurture relationships with existing creators and onboard new talent to the Ripples MCN.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with content creators, ensuring terms align with Ripples' objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and guidance to content creators, ensuring they meet performance goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Track and analyze creator performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between creators and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in creator management, talent acquisition, or influencer relations.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and online content trends (especially on TikTok).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
