【岗位职责】
1. 完善本地市场支付基础能力
协同本地 BD 团队与泰国主要银行(SCB、KBank、Bangkok Bank、Krungsri等)、电子钱包(TrueMoney, LinePay、ShopeePay、PaotangPay 等)、卡收单机构合作,建设和完善本地支付产品。
结合泰国市场趋势和监管要求,牵头负责新支付能力建设的 pilot 项目(如 PromptPay、QR Payment、本地卡收单、跨境收单等)。
负责端到端产品交付:PRD 输出、技术对接、商户试点、选代优化与规化上线。
2. 建设本地商户支付服务能力
搭建泰国商户收单和代发服务体系:包含商户入驻、支付对接、资金结算、对账等全链路。
协同合规和内部各部门,从产品和系统建设上满足泰国央行(Bank ofThailand)监管要求,规避合规风险。
优化自助化、标准化能力,提升商户粘性与整体体验。
3. 市场研究、产品洞察和新行业探索。
深入研究泰国支付生态,通过调研挖掘新趋势,转化成产品建设优化的机会,支公司商业化决策。
结合公司业务策略,探索并建设满足新行业(如零售、娱乐等)的产品能力,打造线上线下一体化支付方案。
4. 跨团队协作
与运营、商户运营、合规、风控团队紧密配合,确保项目顺利推进。
在 Pilot 项目中承担协调桥梁角色,推动资源高效落地。
5. 数据驱动优化
建立和监控支付核心指标(TPV、成功率、覆盖度、成本)。
基于数据分析进行路由优化、SLA 建设和产品选代。
1. Strengthen Thailand's local payment infrastructure
Collaborate with the local BD team and major banks (SCB, KBank, Bangkok Bank, Krungsri, etc.), e-wallets(TrueMoney, LinePay, ShopeePay, PaotangPay, etc.), and acquirers to enhance local payment products.
Lead pilot projects for new payment capabilities (e.g., PromptPay, QR Payment, local card acquiring, cross-border acquiring).
Drive end-to-end product delivery: PRD output, technical integration, merchant pilots, iteration, and scaled rollout.
2. Build merchant acquiring & payout services
Establish the full merchant service flow in Thailand, including onboarding, integration, settlement, and reconciliation.
Ensure product and system readiness to meet
Bank of Thailand regulatory
requirements, mitigating compliance risks.Enhance standardization and self-service tools to improve merchant stickiness and user experience.
3. Market research & product insights
Conduct in-depth research on Thailand's payment ecosystem to identify new trends and translate insights into product opportunities.
Explore new verticals (e.g. retail, entertainment) and design online-to-offline (020) payment solutions
4. Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with operations, merchant ops, compliance, and risk teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Act as the bridge in pilot projects to align resources and drive efficient delivery.
5. Data-driven optimization
Monitor and analyze key metrics (TPV, success rate, coverage, cost).
Use data insights to optimize routing, build SLA frameworks, and drive product iteration.

4-6 年支付/金融科技产品经验,有钱包、收单或银行支付系统景。
熟悉泰国支付基础设施:PromptPay、QR Payment、本地银行卡收单
有商户线上线下收单经验,能独立推动入驻与对接。
较强的数据分析能力,能基于指标转化为优化方案。
对泰国支付合规环境(Bank of Thailand 相关政策)有一定理解
英文流利,可作为工作语言;中文加分
电商、数字娱乐、零售等行业相关产品经验,熟悉多场支付的差异化需求,能结合支付能力设计匹配的解决方案。
【Job Requirements】
4-6 years of product management experience in payments/fintech, with a background in wallets, acquiring or bank payment systems.
Strong familiarity with
Thailand payment infrastructure
: PromptPay, QR Payments, and local card acquiring.Experience in merchant acquiring (online and offline), able to independently manage merchant onboarding and integration.
Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements
Understanding of
Thailand's compliance and regulatory environment (Bank of Thailand policies).Fluency in English as a working language; Mandarin is a plus.
Industry experience in
e-commerce, digital entertainment, or retail
, with an ability to design tailored solution for multi-scenario payment needs..

Hands-on experience with local wallets (TrueMoney, LinePay, ShopeePay, PaotangPay).
Offline Pos acquiring experience.
Previous experience leading pilot projects or international expansion, familiar with 0 - 1 product rollout.
