Location: Samut Sakhon, Thailand

About the Role:

We are looking for an SHE to join our team and drive excellence in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, reducing environmental impact, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Factory Manager in developing and implementing SHE strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Oversee SHE operations, including audits, risk assessments, incident management, and documentation control.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and internal policies.
  • Lead and motivate the SHE team to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate training programs and promote best practices in safety and occupational health.
  • Manage emergency response plans and incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain best-in-class SHE standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of SHE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and standards (ISO 14001, ISO
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
