Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a COO Assistant (Chinese Speaking) located in Bangkok. The COO Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the COO. Responsibilities include assisting in business planning, managing day-to-day operations, supporting finance and budgeting activities, analyzing data for decision-making, handling correspondence in both Thai and Chinese, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Business Planning and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Fluency in both Chinese and Thai (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree any field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
