Key Responsibilities


•       Summarize consumer research, market data and relevant competitor activities to highlight key trends as well as identifying both opportunities and challenges for NAB brands.


•       Collate research data into impactful reports and clearly communicating findings.


•       Manage internal stakeholders to utilize data and deliver detailed understanding of consumer insight and bespoke analysis of trends with recommendation.


•       Answer ad hoc insight requests from marketing using the internal research studies and external data.


•       Support Assistant Insight Director with crafting of research briefs from the brand team and develop appropriate methodologies or analyses to answer business needs.


•       Track and update the overall market intelligence spend and responsible for contract and raising purchase orders.


•       Effectively manages day-to-day complexity with research agency and identify strong research partners with ensuring best performance


•       Operate in a professional manner and be independent to deliver fact based, objective views of the business to provide credible recommendations to trade team and business partners.


•       Use trends and analysis to support channel strategy including strengthening relationship with trade partners.

Qualification


• Degree in marketing, economics, management or statistics


• Previous experience in local and international research is preferred


• Previous experience in retail audit data (preferably Nielsen, or retailer-based analytics)


• Research management experience at a management level is preferred


• Excellent command of written and spoken English


• Detail oriented, but with ability to look at the bigger picture and story telling


• Minimum 5 years experiences


• Consumer research knowledge (Nielsen Retail Audit expertise is preferred and an advantage)


• Commercial understanding


• Marketing concept


• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
