Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consumer research projects (quant & qual): U&A, brand tracking, product tests, shopper insights.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and category dynamics to support business strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing review, product comparison, and market activity tracking.
  • Provide price analysis and monitor market price movement to support pricing decisions.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and present recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage research agencies and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
  • Integrate internal data sources (sales, CRM, digital) with external research for insight reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience, with both agency and in-house background.
  • Strong quantitative & qualitative research experience.
  • FMCG experience required.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (SPSS, survey platforms).
  • Good command of English is required.
  • Chinese-speaking candidates are welcome (Thai local or Chinese nationality).
