หน้าที่ของคุณ


• ตอบแชท ให้ข้อมูล และแนะนำแพ็กเกจบริการของ REEZLIVE


• Follow ลูกค้า + ปิดการขายด้วยตัวเอง (มี Script และทีมช่วย)


• ประสานงานกับทีม Sales เพื่อปิดดีลให้สำเร็จ


• ดูแลลูกค้าหลังการขาย สร้างความพึงพอใจระยะยาว


• บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า สถานะการขาย และปัญหาต่าง ๆ ในระบบ CRM

คุณสมบัติที่เราอยากได้


• อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป กล้าคุย กล้าปิด ไม่กลัวการขาย


• สื่อสารดี แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเก่ง


• ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ Sales / Ecommerce / Admin / Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ


• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์คล่อง Excel / Google Sheet ได้


• อยากมีรายได้จาก "ผลงาน" ไม่ใช่แค่เงินเดือน
