Role and Responsibilities

  1. Sales Admin Operations

  2. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

  3. Coordinate with dealers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and sales documentation.
  4. Data Management and Reporting

  5. Prepare regular sales reports and summaries for internal use.

  6. Update and monitor data accuracy and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
  7. Administrative duties

  8. Handle general administrative tasks including filing, document tracking, and correspondence.

  9. Support in scheduling meeting and preparing materials for the sales team.
  10. Assist the general office tasks and other duties as assigned.
  11. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Support Fleet Sales

  13. Coordinate fleet sales documentation with finance and management for approval.

  14. Track fleet deal status, approvals and reimbursements.
  15. Perform other assigned tasks as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or sales support, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with dealers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet sales processes, approvals, and reimbursement documentation is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of systems used in automotive sales operations is a plus.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
