Job Description
- As Technical Sales for flavour
- Develop and execute sales strategies while identifying new business opportunities and managing existing clients
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to drive growth and innovation
- Manage client operations including orders, samples, and complaint resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, R&D, and marketing to meet key client needs
- Set sales goals, forecasts, and marketing plans, demonstrating strong leadership in a multicultural environment
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology.
- At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience from food ingredients business preferably flavours or second-tier is sweeteners.
- Experience dealing with customers in beverage, confectionery & bakery is plus.
- Strong planning, communication, multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, good commitment and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English with willingness to travel for business trip as requested
