Responsibilities:

  • Automate the build, operation, backup, restore, and monitoring of databases.

  • Develop and evaluate database infrastructure performance criteria and measurement methods.

  • Support day-to-day operations and management of an enterprise level production database.

  • Monitors user access and performance of the database systems

  • Create best practices for cloud database operations

  • Database Performance Tuning Database: Stat, Create ,Rebuild Index

Qualification:

  • Knowledge in all OS, Windows Base, Unix Base

  • Very strong and solid experience of database administration in a cloud environment. Experience with replication/clustering and partitioning a must

  • Experience writing and executing stress tests on databases and services

  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems

  • Very good Knowledge of indexes, index management, statistics, data-at-rest encryption, secure connectivity

  • Experience with Cloud Database platform, especially using AWS is advantage

(ex: MongoDB, TiDb, Oracle etc.)
