Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Chonburi. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality. Core responsibilities include analyzing production processes, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting performance evaluations of equipment, and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of production quality.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in manufacturing processes, production workflows, and process optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills to address challenges in production and identify improvements.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for design, simulation, and data analysis (e.g., CAD software, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing practices).
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in an on-site capacity in Chonburi and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
