Role and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain monitoring dashboards that are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  • Visualize data and perform in-depth analysis to support decision-making and insight interpretation.
  • Automate and deliver accurate regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards and timelines.
  • Design and deploy datamarts with optimal data pipeline integration to consolidate and structure data based on business requirements
  • Communicate with business to translate business challenge into actionable analytical solution.
  • Reconcile data from multiple sources and validate data for improving data quality

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
  • Good understanding and hand-on experience in building dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools), performing data analysis, and deploying datamart.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional team

Preferred Skills

  • Solid understanding of financial industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advanced statistical methods
  • Exceptional coding skills or a background in software development
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
