● High School Diploma

● Must have previous Banquet experience in the hospitality industry

● Must have attention to detail and have the ability to multitask; follow up and leadership skills required

● Outstanding knowledge about product and services

● A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation

● Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team

● Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations

● Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings,weekends and holiday periods

● Supports other departments as needed and takes on other assignments

● The person has to bring a hands on approach
