OTO Kids Park กำลังมองหาพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับที่มีประสบการณ์และมีแรงจูงใจในการดูแลและบริหารจัดการสวนสนุกเด็ก ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวัน การให้บริการลูกค้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม และการสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดี ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดีเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นในการประสานงานกับพนักงานและลูกค้าต่างชาติ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

- ต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าขณะเข้ามาในสถานที่

- รับโทรศัพท์และตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับบริการของสวนสนุก ราคา และการจัดกิจกรรม

- ดูแลให้พื้นที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย

- จัดการการจอง, การขายบัตร, และการลงทะเบียนสมาชิก

- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบของสนามเด็กเล่นและมาตรการความปลอดภัย

- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษและการจองวันเกิด

- ทำงานร่วมกับสมาชิกในทีมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกค้าได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดี

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:

- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1ปี ในงานต้อนรับหรือในตำแหน่งที่คล้ายกัน

- ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำและการจัดการที่ดีในการดูแลทั้งการดำเนินงานภายในและภายนอก

- ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจได้ดี

Job Summary:

OTO Kids Park is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Reception Manager to lead and manage our kid park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role to coordinate with staff, and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients as they enter the facility

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding facility service. Pricing, and event

- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area

- Handle reservations, ticket sales, and membership registrations

- Provide information about playground rules and safety protocols

- Assist with special events and birthday party bookings

- Collaborate with them members to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Reception or similar role.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage both front and back-of-house operations.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Good command of English is required to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and guests.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

- Must be Thai national.
