About Us

At LariDea Kids' Cafe, we believe in creating magical experiences for children aged 1–7 and their families. Our indoor thematic playground and cozy coffee shop provide a safe, engaging, and joyful space where kids can explore, play, and grow — while parents relax, work remotely, or enjoy a quality cup of coffee and healthy snacks.

We are looking for a passionate and organized Playground Manager to lead daily operations and help bring our unique family-friendly vision to life.

Role Summary

The Playground Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the playground and coffee shop, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, safety compliance, staff coordination, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both children and adults. This person will serve as the face of LariDea on-site, responsible for both the business performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of both the indoor playground and coffee shop
• Develop with the director the internal processes and responsibilities for every roll
• Manage and train a cross-functional team (playground staff, café staff, babysitters, cleaners, etc.)
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met in both service areas
• Deliver an exceptional experience to customers — both children and parents
• Schedule organized children's activities, classes, birthday parties, and events
• Maintain inventory and supplies for café, snacks, and playground equipment
• Coordinate with marketing and promotional activities (local events, partnerships, digital promotions)
• Handle financial reporting (daily income reports, staff scheduling, petty cash, etc.)
• Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically
• Support in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Report directly to the director and participate in business development discussions

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail, early childhood education, family entertainment, or F&B (food and beverage) operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Thai language is a plus)
• Passion for children's well-being, education, and customer care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
• First-aid certification and background in safety or childcare is a strong advantage
