Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare basic journal entries (e.g., accruals, reclassifications, corrections).
  • Support the preparation of general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Help maintain the fixed asset register and process depreciation entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support intercompany transactions.
  • Upload and maintain financial data in the ERP system (Oracle).
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other finance functions (e.g., AP, AR) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities in daily tasks.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Able to communicate in English
  • A background in the hotel industry is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., debit/credit, accruals).
  • Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and financial systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Internship experience in a Shared Services or corporate finance environment.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP is an advantage.
  • A background in hotel business is an advantage.

More Information:

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Work location: Sathorn Prime (BTS Chong Nonsi)

Salary: Based on skill & experience
