The role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at St. Germain Co., Ltd. (partner with Sukhothai Inter Law and Business Co., Ltd.) in our Bangkok (Sathorn) office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our growing firm.

Key responsibilities

  1. Prepare and update spreadsheets and accounting records
  2. Enter financial and accounting data accurately
  3. Prepare staff payroll
  4. Assist with placing orders and other administrative/accounting tasks as assigned
  5. Prepare invoices, receipts and withholding tax documents

What we're looking for

  1. Qualified accountant with a minimum of 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
  2. Good knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
  3. Good knowledge of basic mathematics/accounting
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Ability to communicate in both Thai and English, fluent in English (required)
  7. Able to send and manage emails effectively
  8. A detail-oriented approach and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines
