We're seeking a talented
Area Sales Manager (Automotive)
for my client in the automotive industry.

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and execution excellence for a growing automotive brand. This position involves developing and maintaining strategic relationships with partners, achieving sales targets, and driving sustainable business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute market sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with dealers and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistent best practices across all dealers to enhance the customer journey and other initiatives.
  • Evaluate partner performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide insightful analysis of market and competitors and recommend strategic changes or improvement solutions.
  • Lead the execution of events and activation activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related function within the automotive industry.
  • Able to work independently with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good driving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
