Job Description

  • Hold ultimate responsibility for all project management aspects in the project including scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage and coordinate overall project activities.
  • Manage all project resources.
  • Provide proper communications to stakeholders and project team members throughout the project.
  • Track and manage project status, progress, issues, risks, budget and variations.
  • Conduct project orientation meeting.
  • Create approval memo.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Obtain approval on all project deliverables.
  • Conduct project closeout review.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in IT/ Engineer/Computer Science/Business and Finance.
  • 2-3 years' experience in IT implementation project.
  • Good Communication in oral and Written English is a must.
  • Male must be exempt from military service

Required Skills

  • Strong background in Vendor Management.
  • Experience in project planning, tracking and resource management.
  • Certificate in Project Management is a plus
